You have a Book Club Edition!

Book club editions reproductions of trade editions, made of less expensive materials for mass market. Book club editions are NOT true first editions and do not have the same value. 
 

Points of a Book Club Edition:

• Boards are typically a solid color, either black, red, or black with Maroon spine cloth.

• jackets are thinner and the logo is not embossed. Can be shiny or matte.

• ​Paper is thinner and can appear translucent. If you look at the copyright page, you can see the diamond pattern through the paper. 

• There is no price indicated on the jacket flap. 

• Book Club editions are typically smaller than true first edtions.
